The skin exfoliating wash cloth you speak of is called the Salux Skin Cloth and may be found at http://www.asiachi.com/saluxskincloth.html. This is the at home skin exfoliation and wrinkle removal technique I mentioned during my talk in boston.
Be careful and dont scrub too hard or you may produce too much skin irritation. You want your skin to look nice and fresh after washing but not red and irritated.
