There is no scientific basis to answer your question about receiving a soft tissue filler injection of Restylane into the lips and marionette lines after taking Accutane.
I recommend caution and would not inject Restylane or any other fillers into your lips, marionette lines or any other area of your facial skin until you have been off of Accutane for at least six months.
