There are several non-surgical facial rejuvenation procedures available today for skin tightening. Skin tightening is not a non-surgical face lift. Only a face lift will correct significant facial laxity and loose skin.
Skin tightening procedures work better when there is minimal facial laxity as you describe.
I use a machine called the LuxIR Fractional skin tightening machine made by Palomar medical.
Other brands are Titan®, Thermage®, and Aluma with FACES.
The LuxIR Fractional is the quickest and I also use the Aluma with FACES.
I suggest you go to palomarmedical.com or lumenis.com to find a doctor in your area who has the LuxIR or Aluma with FACES. If you can find no one then I suggest you go to Cutera.com and search for a doctor who does Titan® in your area.
