Dear Dr. Seckel, I am very fit and not overweight. I have a small amount of fat on the side of my hips in the saddlebag area. I am considering liposuction. Dear Dr. Seckel, How can I get rid of my double chin? I saw a picture of me from the side and my neck looked awful. I have to lose my double chin!
