Dear Dr. Seckel, I had breast implants several years ago and I have bumps on my implants that I can feel. Sometimes in the right light I can see a bump or fold along the bottom of my breast that feels like the implant. Should I be concerned? Thank you, Mary, Boston, Massachusetts.

Dear Dr. Seckel, Can you tell me what the bikini tuck is? I have had two kids, I am 38 and very fit. However I cannot get rid of the excess skin on my tummy. I run, work out and do abdominal exercises but that role above my bikini won’t go away. Please help, Cindy, Boston, Massachusetts.
