Dear Dr. Seckel, I have a c section scar which looks horrible. There is a flap of skin hanging over the c section scar which makes my tummy bulge and shows under my bathing suit. I want this bulge removed but don’t want a bigger scar and would like to be able to wear a two piece again. I am otherwise very fit. Thank you, Brenda, Boston, Massachusetts.
