Dear Dr. Seckel, I am writing to ask about laser skin care. I have some fine wrinkles and sun spots on my face. I do wear sun block. Can laser skin care remove wrinkles and brown spots? What is the best laser? Does laser skin care hurt? Will my face be red-for how long? I have used Retin a and sun block but still see wrinkles and brown spots after a year. Thank you for your question about laser skin care. The new lasers in use today are much gentler and pinkness after laser treatment is usually only 4-5 days.
