Dear Dr. Seckel, I am 42 and have fair (Boston Irish) skin with some sun damage and fine wrinkles. I have used Retin A for years. I had a series of Fraxel treatments and the Fraxel did help remove pigment and improve my skin but I still have wrinkles. I have read that you use a laser called the 2940 for laser resurfacing. Both the Fraxel and the Lux2940 are fractional laser resurfacing machines. The big difference is that the Fraxel is a non ablative laser and the Lux2940 is a fractional ablative laser.
