Dear Dr. Seckel, I am interested in an eye lift. Can an eye lift be done with the laser? My upper eyelids are hanging down tpo my eye lashes. My friend had an eye lift but she had a bad time. She was very bruised for several weeks and now she looks kinda surprised. I don’t want to look weird after an eye lift. I just want a small eye lift to get rid of the hoods.
