Dear Dr. Seckel, I am noticing brown spots on my cleavage and neckline skin even when I am not tan. It makes my cleavage and neckline look old. I have a nice full cleavage but the brown spots embarrass me and I don’t want to wear a low neckline gown or blouse any more. Can brown spots and aging skin on the cleavage and neckline be treated?
