Unfortunately only blepharoplasty or the eyelid surgery known as eyelid lift or eyelid plasty can effectively remove eyelid bags and dark circles under the eyes and tighten skin. Blepharoplasty alone does not remove eyelid wrinkles.
Radiofrequency has been used to remove eyelid wrinkles and tighten eyelid skin, but to be effective, radiofrequency needs to go deep like a laser resurfacing and I would not do this procedure on Indian skin for fear of hypopigmentation. A new skin tightening machine called Aluma with FACES has been used safely to tighten eyelid skin and for eyelid wrinkle removal but I would test an area behind the ear first to see how your skin responds to skin tightening with Aluma with Faces.
I would not recommend any soft tissue filler injections around the eye. I worry about eye damage from the needle, blindness has been reported and many people who have had filler injections around the eye report lumps and swelling. Fillers do not work for wrinkle removal of fine lines and superficial eyelid wrinkles.
